TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for the event, you agree to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred to the next season for any subjective reasons.
• If the Organizing Committee (OC) deems the course unsafe (e.g., due to weather conditions: heavy rain, strong winds, landslides, natural disasters), the OC may alter the course, find a shorter alternative route, or cancel the entire event.
• The OC has the right to cancel the event for force majeure reasons such as terrorism, war, public health threats, epidemics, pandemics, social unrest, weather conditions, natural disasters.
• If the event is canceled, altered, or shortened, the registration fee will be carried over to the next season.

INFORMATION CHANGES & TRANSFER

• Up to 15 days before the event: free changes/transfers of personal information once.
• From 1 to 15 days before the event: a fee of 200,000 VND for changes/transfers.
• On the day of bib collection before 15:00: a fee of 350,000 VND for changes/transfers.
• Changes/transfers from 1 to 15 days before the event will not guarantee the correct shirt size.

DISTANCE CHANGE POLICY

• Fee for distance change before bib collection: 200,000 VND.
• Fee for distance change on the day of bib collection (before 15:00): 350,000 VND.
• Additional fee for upgrading to a longer distance (based on the price difference at the time of change).
• No refund for downgrading to a shorter distance.
• Requests to change distances will not be accepted once the slots are full.

AGE REQUIREMENTS  

• Participants in 15km, 35km, 55km distances must be at least 18 years old on race day.
• Participants in the 7km distance must be at least 6 years old on race day.
• 7km participants under 16 must run with a guardian (registered separately). Parental/guardian consent is required for bib collection for runners under 16.
