RACE RULES

Violations of these rules may result in penalties or disqualification. All penalties are at the discretion of the Organizing Committee, and their decisions are final with no appeals.

  • Participants in the 7km distance must be at least 6 years old on race day.
  • Participants in the 15km distance must be at least 18 years old on race day.
  • Participants in the 35km distance must be at least 18 years old on race day.
  • Participants in the 55km distance must be at least 18 years old on race day.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To enter the 55km distance, athletes must have previously completed at least one official 20km or longer trail race, or a full marathon (42km) official road race. Virtual runs or club events are not recognized.

After registration, you will be required to provide official certification of your results (electronic certificate) for the Organizing Committee to verify your eligibility for this distance.

CUT-OFF TIME (COT)

COT is the time by which athletes must cross the finish line.

If an athlete finishes after the cut-off time, they will be marked as DNF (Did Not Finish).

The cut-off times for each distance are as follows:

  • 7km: 3 hours 30 minutes, from 06:30 AM to 10:00 AM
  • 15km: 7 hours 00 minutes, from 06:00 AM to 13:00 PM
  • 35km: 12 hours 00 minutes, from 05:00 AM to 17:00 PM
  • 55km: 17 hours 00 minutes, from 03:00 AM to 20:00 PM

BIB & TIMING CHIP

The race bib must be pinned to the front of the participant’s shirt/shorts and be clearly visible throughout the race.

Athletes must wear their bib from the start line to the finish line.

If an athlete wears another person’s bib without an official transfer through the Organizing Committee (OC), their results will be voided, and the OC will not be responsible for their safety. Running with another’s bib poses risks as the OC will lack the athlete’s medical information and emergency contacts.

Do not fold or cut the bib.

RESULTS – PERFORMANCE

Your race bib is equipped with a timing chip. You must cross all timing mats on the course to have a valid result. If your results are missing timing points, the Organizing Committee (OC) may review your performance.

Preliminary results will be announced immediately after the race. Athletes have 7 days to contest their results with the OC.

After 10 days from the end of the race, if there are no complaints from the athletes, the Organizing Committee will announce the official results of the race and send an email to update the athletes’ prize information.

After 15 days from the date of sending the email, the Organizing Committee will pay the prize money to the athletes and send gifts from the Sponsor to the athletes (if any).

ROUTE

The route is defined by road edges or may be marked by signs, cones, warning tapes, reflective tapes, and flashing lights.

Athletes must follow the marked route. Shortcutting is not allowed. If you get lost, return to the last marked point.

PLASTIC WASTE

The race will not use single-use plastic products. Athletes must bring their own containers for water and hot food at aid stations and the Expo.

FOOD AT SUPPORT STATION

Food at aid stations is for athletes only – family members and friends will not be served.

QUITTING / WITHDRAWING FROM THE RACE

If you wish to withdraw from the race, you must notify event staff at an aid station or call the phone number printed on the back of your race bib.

The Organizing Committee (OC) may conduct random checks of your mandatory gear, including at the starting area.
